Watercolor Artist / Gayle M. Jones

Gayle Middleton Jones was raised in Noblesville, Indiana. She is a watercolorist who tries to achieve realism in her art. Although having no formal art training and being primarily self-taught, she credits her enthusiasm and passion for watercolor to Becky Wallace, her teacher and friend who gave her the confidence to put the watercolor on the paper.

Gayle started painting almost exclusively in watercolor in the 1990 s and enjoys painting still life, landscapes, and florals. Her goal is to produce realistic paintings with an eye for detail.

Gayle is a member of several local and national art organizations and has won recognition for her work.
